Reporting to the Director of Application Services, and in conjunction with the Chief Medical Information Officer, the Training Program Lead provides day-to-day administrative management of the Epic training program, including working closely with IS Leadership, employed and community providers, as well as hospital staff to effectively problem solve operational training issues.
Implement and maintain the epic end user training program, with initial focus on curriculum for internal and external Providers and clinical staff.
Determine curriculum delivery methods, oversee creation and maintenance of a realistic training environment, create a course catalog and training schedule, and ensure all users are adequately trained before they access the production environment.
Represents the epic training group to others in the organization.
Manages all PSA’s related to epic training issues.

Bachelor’s degree; OR eight (8) years related work experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience.
Three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare, instructional design or training.
Preference may be given to candidates who:
Have Epic experience.
Have project management, adult education and curriculum delivery experience.
