Starting Compensation: $13-15/hr Depending on Experience. Additional compensation (up to $17 based on level of skills and performance at 90 days).
Opening shifts (start as early as 5am), morning shifts (start time aft 7am), or evening shifts possible. Weekend and Holiday Availability is a must.
Must have at least 6 months line cook experience.
Must have a valid Oregon Food Handlers Card.
Must be able to memorize a large and diverse menu.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, while exhibiting proper sanitation and food preparation guidelines.
Must be able to communicate with staff and customers verbally and in writing.
Must work well with others. Ability to work under pressure; remaining calm and respectful. Must possess a positive "can-do" attitude, attention to detail, and the desire to strive for consistent quality.
Must demonstrate integrity, manage time wisely, and instinctively help in other areas as needed.
Our entire menu is offered all hours of the day. Our menu includes burgers, chicken, omelets, eggs to order, hash browns, pancakes, both hot and cold sandwiches, and a variety of salads. These menu items are prepared using a flat top griddle, char broiler, deep fryer, and stove top burners.
Must be able to reach in all directions and bend over and/or squat to obtain items in lower refrigeration units. Lift and occasionally carry up to 50 pounds. Stand for a long period of time. Face coverings are currently required.
Company drug and alcohol testing policy in place and enforced.
