Friendsview is known as one of the most respected employers in Yamhill County. We are a not-for-profit Life Plan Community serving over 500 residents in Newberg, OR, with a mission to provide active residential living and quality continuing care to seniors in a Christ-centered community.

This position works directly with our dining services staff. Their primary duties include coordinating and carrying out administrative work for the department including staff scheduling; auditing and preparing employee time records for payroll, coordinating and tracking employee recruitment, application, and new hire processes as well as new hire orientation and staff training; coordinating the employee performance appraisal process; administering the POS system including billing and staff training, and creating signage for meal areas.

To be qualified for this position the individual is required to have 2-4 years of previous related experience, with general Hospitality knowledge, the abilities, skills and training at a professional capacity.

Starting wages: $16.00 - $17.50/hr DOE

This a full-time full benefited position.
