Relief caregiver needed 2 days a week for 24 hour shifts (sleep at night) and some occasional fill in for Adult Foster Home. Private living area and bathroom for caregiver including cable TV and wifi. Must be reliable, good with the clients, be able to cook good meals, stick to daily schedule and maintain a very clean home. It includes dispensing medications and maintaining MARs, assist with ADL's including bath assistance as needed, keeping the home CLEAN at all times and keeping up with required paperwork/appointments/ride scheduling. The 2 days you work are flexible. Duties may vary based on what days you decide to work. Some light lifting. Would consider live in for the right person.
1 year experience required, valid CPR card or be able to obtain one within 30-60 days of hire, Pre-service dementia certificate required, EQC desirable but not required and registered on Oregon LTCR a huge plus. Must be able to pass state background check.
