Primary Responsibilities: (Must have own tools)
Knowledge of power tools, equipment and various construction materials
Safe use of power tools such as saws, drills, planes, sanders, routers and grinders
Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters and concrete finishers
Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and
distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and
specifications
The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally and 75 pounds rarely
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean
environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures, foundations and framing
Have reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements
Ability to work Monday through Friday day shift
Ability to work overtime as required including extended work days and weekends as necessary
Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking
Looking for individuals with their own tools who WANT TO WORK We pay wages depending on experience. Payday is on the 1st and 15th of each month.
