A Salem based flooring contractor is seeking journeyman level flooring installers. Our company focuses mostly on commercial flooring projects and is primarily looking for someone with this experience. However, we would also consider journeyman installers with residential flooring experience. Successful candidates must have an active drivers license and pass a background check/drug test, and provide their own installation tools. Preferably successful candidates would have experience with commercial sheet vinyl, linoleum, LVT, carpet tile, broadloom patterned carpets, stairs, rubber treads, rubber base, floor prep, self-leveling, etc. Additionally, self-coved sheet goods would be a plus.
Aside from pay starting between $18/hr and $25/hr (dependent on experience) Our company offers benefits for installers including 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and paid personal time off. We would supply an installation vehicle. Work generally is performed between Vancouver and Eugene, however there are times where some travel will be required to projects performed out of town.
