Recruiting for a General Labor Position.
No experience necessary.
Job duties/Qualifications include; lifting 50 lbs, communicating clearly with clients, driving, demolition, cleaning, packaging, setting equipment, and documentation.
Most of the jobs will be after a fire in a home or business occurs and we work with insurance to put the person/business back to pre-loss condition. Position is for the remediation portion; dealing with gutting of the house or salvaging as much as possible (contents/structure), no construction background needed, as it doesn't pertain to job duties.
Welcoming a hard working individual who fits the culture and is able to integrate into an environment and learn quickly. Fast paced atmosphere, where you must work as a team and complete tasks that are dirty and physically demanding. Occasional need for entry into confined spaces and roof tops etc. Mentors will help with on boarding and training processes and procedures.
The position is full time; Monday-Friday 7:30-5/6, there will be occasions where we will get emergency calls on nights and weekends. The pay starts at $16.50, after 90 days. There will be a pre-employment drug screen, and then after the 90 days of orientation period as well.
