Fence Installer Helper – Starting at $15.00 an hour
All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring general labor workers for a fencing company in the Salem and Sublimity, OR area.
Digging holes to place fencing down. Work independently or as a team to complete job duties. Maintain professional conduct with customers and other employees. Be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math skills. Work outdoor and indoor settings. NO experience is required. Heavy equipment experience is helpful. Previous construction or concrete work preferred but not required.

This position will perform specified maintenance and restoration under the supervision of the Manager. Responsibilities include inventory and loading equipment, products and supplies needed for the job. Scope fire, wind, water, and disaster related issues. Remove carpets, drywall, insulation etc. from the job site. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds. The ability to lift-up to 50 lbs., and safely use manual tools and power equipment. Customer Service and related experience is a plus. NO experience is required.
THE SCHEDULE FOR THE POSITION AND PAY:
Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4:30pm/5pm
Starting at $14.00 - 16.50 an hour DOE
Facilities Maintenance – Starting at $17.00 - $20.00 or more DOE
All Star Labor & Staffing is now hiring for a Facilities Maintenance in the Newberg, Stayton and Silverton area.
The Facilities Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the assigned building or buildings. Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions. Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly. Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment. General knowledge of hand tools. Able to lift 50+ lbs. Experience is preferred.
PAY & SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, starting at $17.00 - $20.00 an hour or more DOE
Ranch Supervisor – Starting at $13.90 an hour
All Star Labor & Staffing is hiring for a full-time ranch worker who is available to work in the Woodburn area and is comfortable working with chickens and farm labor.
Follow all safety, animal welfare, code of conduct, and biosecurity rules. Accurately complete all reports and forms. Place baby chicks into brooder homes. Beak trimming vaccinations. Remove birds form cages and load onto carts. Be able to push loaded carts 500+ ft. Unload and load carts of eggs onto trucks. Remove spent hens from layer houses. Clean lay and brooder houses and other task. Experience is preferred but not required.
THE SCHEDULE FOR THE POSITION AND PAY:
This job is Monday – Saturday and must be open to working nights.
Pay rate is $13.90 with no experience, or more DOE
All Star Labor & Staffing is hiring for multiple positions in the Salem, Stayton, Newberg, Wilsonville, Woodburn, OR area. Payrate depends on position, experience, and shift, it can range from $12.75 to $20.00 or more an hour.
