We are looking for someone with previous experience in the lumber industry, or in production or manufacturing, working in a supervisory role, who is willing to learn and grow with the company. Requirements: Degree and/or supervisory experience preferred. Essential qualifications include proven skills in a production environment with an understanding of manufacturing practices, excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with people and to facilitate change and growth in a team environment. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (to include swing, graveyard, and relief shift work) in a production-manufacturing environment. Computer skills are also important for success in this role.
