Attorney Wanted Immediately
We are seeking an Oregon licensed attorney (awaiting bar results ok) with experience/interest in litigation areas such as family law, criminal law, and/or personal injury, who is able to work both independently and in a team setting, and who is willing to be part of a very generous fee-sharing opportunity, with the ultimate goal of establishing an equity partnership. The right candidate will earn well into six figures within a year. A more traditional salaried position is also available for the right candidate. You will be responsible for a busy caseload that includes representing clients from intake through trial. This position requires knowledge of court rules and procedures, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
· Critical thinking skills necessary for developing strategies and arguments for presentation of cases.
· Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and writing; ability to effectively communicate and analyze complex legal concepts and documents with others in the firm, as well as with our clients and judges.
· Capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
· Act as part of a legal team that recognizes the best strategies are developed only after thoughtful consideration of input from all team members.
· Ability to manage time and to complete skilled assignments that can be readily integrated into the legal team's deliverables.
