PCL’s Maintenance Team is currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager mainly in Marion/Polk Counties. A successful Warehouse Manager will coordinate and organize the warehouse and facilitate getting the donated items out to people who need them. The Warehouse Manager ensures that the warehouse is operational, organized, and provides whatever support that is needed.
Location: Monmouth, OR
Type of Position: Regularly scheduled, Full-time, hourly. Will include occasional evenings and weekends.
Starting Wages/Benefits: $15.50-$16.50/hr

Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED required
Experience Requirements: Must be 21+ to be able to drive and pass the drivers test for a box van

Requirements:
The ability to regularly lift 50 lbs
Must be at least 21 years old
Pass a State/Federal Criminal History Check
Pre-employment drug screening (for the use of illegal drugs in Oregon)
Background screening including employment and education history
Valid ODL with an insurable driving record
Must be able/or willing to learn to drive a box van
Regular and dependable attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent in Google applications or willing to learn
Excellent time management skills
Excellent customer service
Excellent organizational and planning skills, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to timelines
Duties and Responsibilities::
Adherence to PCL’s Mission and Values, Ethical Guidelines, Playbook Attributes, and Standards of Conduct
Must represent PCL professionally
Supervises the Warehouse Assistant
Responsible to coordinate donation pick ups including Gifts in Kind
Covers the Mail Run as needed
Responsible to coordinate the Warehouse Calendar so people know when they can come to the Warehouse
Must work 1 Saturday or Sunday a month (up to 4 hours)
Facilitate communication on what is available in the Warehouse
Responsible to assure all PCL’s practices in relation to Covid-19
Responsible for tracking donations received and passing the information on to the appropriate person
Responsible for keeping records of items that leave the warehouse
Provide assistance to the Maintenance team when needed
