Account Representative
The #1 insurance company, with the top local insurance agency is looking for a full time energetic and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and will be responsible for general office tasks including answering and screening incoming calls, agency contact, customer billing, pivoting to sales, updating weekly production reports and identifying customers issues and solving problems with accurate information.
Desired Qualifications:
-Willing to study and pass Oregon Property/Casualty examination
-Must be a strong communicator and team player
-Some office experience preferred
-Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
-Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
-Excepts feedback and is coachable
-High school diploma or equivalent is required
-Have some experience selling
-Have a track record of staying with prior jobs more than 2 years
