looking to add an experienced full-time insurance service and support team member that can provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Must have excellent phone skills, ability to prioritize and follow up with attention to detail.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Phone current clients and new prospects
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Manage work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of policies, transactions, endorsements
Expand business reach through networking techniques & social media
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Daily office/clerical duties
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, time management and decision-making skills
Be a team player, able to work independently, handling a full workload
Be willing to work towards getting your Property &Casualty license within 60 days from hire
Benefits:
Base salary (DOE) plus monthly bonuses
Full Time, week-ends off Mon-Fri 10am 6pm
Casual Friday's relaxed environment
