Be the first point of contact to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person
Phone quotes for projects
Collect timecards and send to Payroll Dept. weekly
Write work orders and ensure they get turned in for billing when work is complete
Assist shower door department with sending out quotes as needed
Help track PO's and items ordered and received.
Help on ordering material as need for projects (shop, contract jobs, doors)
Help with Submittals packets and sending them out.
Assist General Manager with organization.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong presence on phone
Organized and attention to detail
Motivated, driven and great attitude
Ability to stay on task
Work well individually and as a team
Express new ideas and streamline processes
Schedule:ÂMonday - Friday
Duration: Long term/evaluation to hire
Hours:Â8:00am - 5pm
