Hiring an Administrative Assistant for a local Construction Company. We are looking for an individual who is willing to support our journey by the following:
3 years prior Quickbooks experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong friendly presence on the phone
Friendly and calm demeanor
Motivated, driven and great attitude
Punctual to work on time and dependable attendance
Proficient in writing reports, correspondence & procedure manuals
Self Starter that takes initiative on tasks and projects
Multitasks, works well independently or with a team
Spanish as a 2nd language is preferred but not required
Good communication and works well with directives from management
Amazing attention to detail and highly organized
Knowledge and experience with information technology problem solving
Ability to use CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry related software programs
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
The ability to lift 40 lbs
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
