A sales and service company is seeking a full-charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager who is solution-oriented and personable. Someone who enjoys organization, record keeping and is able to multitask.
Proficiencies and Qualifications
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Applications
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail
Adept at learning new computer programs
Minimum three years bookkeeping experience
Accounting Responsibilities
All accounting functions using Recreational Dealership specific software
Daily deposits and bank reconciliations
Manage vendor billing and accounts payable
Manage and organize vendor records
Communicate with Vendors regarding billing questions
Handle accounts receivable
Preparing and transmitting payroll to ADP
Provide financial statement comparisons and cash flows
Liaison with CPA for tax purposes
Maintaining current and long-term accounting files
Human Resource Responsibilities
Mantaining employee HR files
Administering the 401(k) retirement program
Maintaining accrual records: vacation & sick leave
Maintaining terminated employee files
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Location: Dayton, Oregon
Salary based on experience
