If you have a passion for working with people, strong communication skills and enjoy presenting a polished and professional image, this may be your ideal opportunity. In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first impression for all clients. You will answer an average of 30-35 calls per day, greet clients, schedule meetings and create the "WOW" factor for all clients in everything you do. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience is exceptional throughout every part of the client service environment at every period of the day.

We are looking for your passion and enthusiasm for customer service and exceptional organizational skills to assist us in the continued improvement of our business model. In this position, you will be working closely with our producers, support staff and our customers to service personal lines and commercial lines policies.

Requirements:

Prior insurance agency experience and a current Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required. Two years of customer service experience required. Excellent computer skills, including the ability navigate multiple web pages and multi-task with many programs is essential.

Pay based on experience. Vacation and holiday pay options are available.
