DPI Staffing is seeking someone experienced in determining initial eligibility and yearly recertification for a housing program. This is for one of our clients and would last approximately 5 months. Experience with Property Management a plus. Experience determining eligibility a must.
Duties would include:
Explain program rules to new and current tenants and landlords
Negotiate rents
Annual reviews of tenants income/eligibility
Conduct surveys, reports, process work orders, evictions
Schedule inspections
Provide administrative support
Other duties as assigned
The right person must be organized, have basic math skills, comfortable working one-on one with participants and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
DPI Staffing conducts Drug Screens and Background Checks on all employees.
