Local property management company looking to fill a FT Leasing Consultant position at between two 60 unit conventional apartment communities in South Salem. Properties are in close proximity and the majority of time worked will be at one office.
Duties include, but are not limited to: touring prospects, leasing apartments, assisting with application and move in paperwork, walking vacant units, communicating with residents and office staff, resident retention, assisting with marketing, occasional grounds pick up.
PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. We are looking for a friendly individual with 1 year experience in the property management field with the motivation and desire to assist people in finding their new home. Must have basic computer skills & knowledge of Word and Excel. Experience with AppFolio and Tenant Tech is a plus. Opportunity for advancement to Assistant Manager position.
Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Hours will change to 8:30am - 5:30pm during the winter months.
On-Site living is required. Compensation package will include hourly rate plus 50% rent discount. Benefits also include Paid Time Off and voluntary participation in group medical benefits and 401k.
