HIRING for a FULL TIME POSITION: Office Assistant
We are looking for an experienced individual that is self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented, works well in a team environment, and has a positive attitude. The job entails computer skills such as typing, data entry, correspondence, navigating the internet for spec sheets and design inspiration, proficiency with Word, and the ability to learn and navigate our BuilderTrend program. The ideal candidate would have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to answer phones, and the ability to write detailed notes.
In addition to working from our showroom/office, you will be required to run errands and assist with off-site meetings.
Jobsites and offsite meetings are located in Salem and the surrounding areas. Person of interest must have a valid Oregon Drivers License, must be eligible to drive company vehicles, and must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
Wage: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE.
