Live On-site Assistant Apartment Manager

Details for this job position are as follows:
This is Apartment Management, you will be the Assistant to the General Manager and Executive Assistant
You will be required to live on-site at the Southside Apartments, located at 4652 Sunnyside Rd. SE
You will not pay rent as that will be included as part of your pay at $965/month.
Full time position and must be able to include some evening time and possibly an occasional moment during a weekend.
Tasks include:
Showing turned apartments to potential tenants
Handing out and collecting applications
Calling emergency personnel and Executive Manager in the event of an emergency
Reporting all suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized activity/rental agreement violations to Executive Manager
Cleaning and maintaining laundry rooms and keeping lots picked up
Assisting in cleaning units at times
Reporting General Building concerns (i.e. broken fences, overgrown landscaping, etc)
Additional tasks may be required as needed by General Manager
This is an assistant position and will be paid salary for a full 40 hours/week at a rate of $12.00/hr.
In additional, rent is also included as part of your income at $965/month.
This position may require odd hours in the event of an emergency.
No cash handling except with application (only cashiers checks & money orders) which will be processed by General Manager
We are looking for someone that will benefit the complexes and staff.
We need someone ready to help in any areas of apartment management that may arise!
