Starting Pay Rate: $16-$19/hour (DOE)
Primary Job Function
Functions as the internal sales support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Generates product manufacturing processes and computer methods and/or job traveler for efficient part production.
Coordinates engineering, purchasing, planning, quality and subsequent processes to generate necessary documentation to release to production floor.
Tracks customer jobs through production system providing customer with updates on status and changes as requested.
Maintains customer part file system for the group of customers they oversee.
Assists in designing, maintaining and improving necessary communication tools to properly track information regarding customer's specifications, requirements or changes.
Maintains IMC paperless system, PO’s, DRWG, programs, SU Sheets
At discretion of Sales Manager, provides purchasing support as needed
Follows established safety protocols including required usage of PPE; helps to maintain a safe working environment
Keeps work area clean and organized
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Minimum skills, knowledge, education, certifications and related job experience that employee typically must have to perform essential functions of the job acceptably.
Competent in the usage of computerized inventory systems and Microsoft Office products.
Strong math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Dependability; honesty & integrity; a positive, proactive attitude; ability to use time productively, working with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
Ability to work overtime as required
