We are seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Bilingual highly motivated, reliable & collaborative Office Assistant for our Fresh Blueberry Packing Facility and Farm.
We are a close knit team and this exciting, fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment is the perfect fit for a person with a desire to work in a team and has the ability to meet deadlines while taking pride in delivering quality accurate work. You must have the ability to step in and help in many areas.
We are heading into our Harvest Season, which is typically June through October, during this time, this position will require the ability to stay later and work weekends during our Blueberry Harvest. Start time during our season is 7:00am. As a Fresh Blueberry Packing facility, we are a jewelry and perfume free Facility. Must be flexible as Hours & Schedule will vary.
Duties Include:
Reception: Answering Phones, Greeting Visitors
General Office: Filing, Data Entry, Errands, Updating/Creating Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Training new hires, Fluff Squad - Social Engagement Team
Daily Touch-Ups of Office
Inventory: Maintain Inventory of Office, Farm, Safety and Harvest Supplies.
Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills, experience and education:
- Minimum two years Office Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Reception/Front Office Experience - Answering Multi-Line Phone and Greeting Visitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
- Excellent Time Management Skills
