Copper Field Apartments in SE Salem, OR is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Assistant Manager to help manage and maintain our wonderful community. Our assistant will be able to take advantage of a well-designed 2 bd 2 bath apartment along with all the amenities our wonderful residents enjoy.
Copper Field features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. It is conveniently located. Easy access to I-5. Every home has washer/dryer in the unit, a well-designed, gourmet kitchen with a spacious pantry, and a private deck with storage. The ceilings in upper units are vaulted! At the community center you can take a lap in the pool or work on heart health and abs in the 24 hour exercise facility. Of course, there is plenty of parking, and each apartment claims a designated carport. Best of all, professional, on-site staff maintain the community and are attentive to your individual needs.
The assistant manager position includes many aspects of property management, some of which are:
- Collect & deposit rent
- Check grounds daily
- Oversee vendors
- Respond to any schedule maintenance requests quickly
- Enforce property policy
- Create & issue forms & notices
- Rent available apartments
The Qualified Candidate will have a positive attitude, have good discipline, be a good record keeper, be trustworthy, have computer proficiency and enjoy the apartment business. The following experience is very helpful: retail; customer service; bookkeeping; banking. We are willing to train the right person.
This position works 40 hours a week including weekends. Our generous compensation includes a salary of $1600 in addition to $1150 rent credit on a 2 bd 2 bath apartment.
