Resident Services Manager
Well established Property Management Firm is searching for a high-energy, ambitious, detailed
and organized individual.
The position of our Resident Services Manager is to promote the community to each prospect,
resident and vendor in a positive and professional manner, maintain a high-level of occupancy
and be detail oriented.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Consistently maintain high-level of occupancy
Promptly answer telephone and internet inquires, in a professional manner, and document on
Daily Traffic Log
Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, from greeting and following up with prospects, closing
the sale, to completing all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Inspect all vacant units daily, to ensure each one is ready for occupancy
Prepare/assist in work order/service requests from residents
Promptly schedule turnover vendors upon move-out notice, to ensure units are down for
maintenance for a minimal amount of time
Perform daily inspection of common and community areas
Promptly report any observed maintenance issue
Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Attend Company meetings/events as required
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
Professional telephone and communication skills
Extremely organized and detailed
Strong drive to lease apartments
Must possess valid driver’ license
Must successfully pass background and drug screening
Compensation: Salary, plus commission, weekly and monthly bonuses.
