BrucePac is currently searching for an IT Manager to support our growing team.
The position is based in Woodburn, OR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains company information technologies, applications, and systems, including but not limited to computers and network technologies.
Analyzes complex technical systems & manages projects to meet company goals including capital improvement, continued reliability, and performance.
Enforces and recommends IT procedures for daily operations.
Ensures appropriate backup and protection of company data within company policies; develops plans and recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
Ensures timely technical support of 24-hour business environment.
Coordinates with other Managers and Staff to ensure support of initiatives & operations.
Coordinates multiple vendor/contractor/consultants.
Supervises IT Staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Two Year Degree for related field & six years of relevant experience or some equivalent combination of experience and education.
One or more applicable certifications from Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, EMC/Dell or similar technologies
Read, write and speak English fluently and effectively.
Extensive experience with Windows and Cisco technologies
Valid driver's license in good standing with acceptable driving record.
