As the Area Director of Sales and Marketing you will be accountable for the achievement of the sales teams goals, overall performance, as well as aligning all sales objectives with the allotted timeline for the lease up and development of communities.
This position also carries the responsibility for developing strategic sales plans, training and analysis with community sales managers on new construction and newly acquired communities for our growing business.
