We manage multiple complexes in South Salem and surrounding area and are looking for an apartment maintenance person with basic maintenance skills.
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills, and painting are a plus.
Must have reliable vehicle to travel to different properties and a valid driver's license.
Must have basic tools.
Needs to be detail oriented and able to work independently.
