Excavation and Siteworks Construction company has an immediate opening for a Construction
Estimator / Project Manager position for our siteworks, excavation and concrete projects.

Position Responsibilities:
Estimating Duties:
ï Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates in a timely manner
ï Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications
ï Perform detailed and accurate take-offs from plans to determine quantities
ï Organize subcontractorsâ quotations; negotiate to insure quotes meet contract documents
ï Understand contractual terms and conditions
Project Manager Duties:
ï Assist with Contract Administration
ï Interpret and Adhere to Local/State/Federal Laws, Regulations and Codes
ï Document daily activities including change orders, daily reports
ï Coordination of Job Site Construction Activities, including:
- Coordinating job-related work between Owner/Foremen/Vendors
- Schedule and monitor Employees, Subcontractors, Inspections, Testing and Permits
- Represent Company in Communication with Employees, Supervisors and Owners
- Ensure contracts are properly implemented on a timely basis and within schedule
Qualifications and Experience:
ï Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
ï Experience with estimating software such as Heavy Bid and spreadsheet design
ï Experience with other computer software such as Heavy Job, Blue Beam, Raken
ï Exceptional communication skills
ï Minimum five (5) years Work Experience in Supervision of Pipe, Concrete, Site Preparation Work
ï Minimum three (3) years Construction Estimating Experience
ï High School Diploma or GED mandatory; Bachelors Degree preferable
ï Valid Oregon Driverâs License
Computer Skills Proficiency Required:
ï Microsoft Suite
ï Estimating Software such as Heavy Bid or similar
ï Ability to Understand and use AutoCAD or similar Civil Engineering Software
ï Other computer software such as Heavy Job, Blue Beam, Raken
