Job Summary Local long-standing electronics manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Electronics Quality Inspector. This company is a manufacturer of custom PCB's for companies throughout the world. They maintain a high quality of parts and pride themselves on quick turnarounds from orders. Would be working in intimate shop with about 50-60 employees over 3 shifts and must be comfortable working in teams as well as independently. Shift:Mon-Wed 5am-5:30pmMon-Fri 6am-2:30pm Pay:$14hr Description & Duties:Perform visual inspections of electronic components, subassemblies, and assemblies to Workmanship Standards (IPC-A-610) using AOI, visual aids (Magnification lamp and Microscope) and other inspection toolsFollow appropriate quality policies and proceduresInspect product based on customer requirements via provided documentation, as directed by Team Leader/SupervisorRecord Pass/Fail/Reject parts into a Daily Inspection Sheet/Tablet/MES (Mfg. Enterprise Software).Provide feedback to production personnel/Assemblers regarding the types of defects found during inspectionPractice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activitiesMaintain a clean and safe work area and environmentPerform inspection (rework and non-rework) on SMT and through-hole components.
