Hello:
We are a real estate investment company looking to build out a crew to do residential remodel projects. Skills needed include:
Demolition
Flooring (laminate, linoleum, tile, etc.)
Hardwood floor refinishing
Hang doors (interior and exterior)
Roofing
Painting
Siding repair
Vinyl window installation
Trim work (doors, windows, baseboards)
Drywall repair
Other miscellaneous repair work around a home
You don't need to be proficient in all areas. However, the more experience, the higher the wage. We are looking for reliable, hard working professionals and are willing to compensate above the industry standard for the best people.
We do most of our work between Canby and Salem. If you live in Salem, we can keep you on the projects only in Salem and if you're in Canby, same thing. If you're in between those cities, you may need to travel back and forth on occasion for a job.
