A-1 Plumbing is a family owned and operated plumbing company based in the Salem/Keizer area. We have been servicing the Mid-Willamette Valley for over 15 years providing quality service and repair.
We are currently looking for Licensed Journeyman Plumbers to do service and repair work. This position requires a self-motivated, responsible technician with good work ethics who is licensed and experienced, honest, reliable, accountable, performance driven and isnt afraid of hard work.
Applicant must hold a valid Oregon Journeymans Plumbing License and valid Oregon Driver License.
Experience service plumber that has flat rate pricing experience and knows how to correctly bid jobs. Should also have experience with assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installation of water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
Job Duties:
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
Assist with service calls, both residential and commercial
Determine service needs and provide standardized pricing options and perform repairs
Install water heaters, toilets and other fixtures
Locate and repair leaks
Pipe or re-pipe homes or buildings
Operate drain cleaning equipment
Work according to specifications or plumbing codes
Help maintain and promote high company morale and a professional and friendly work environment
Work hard, smart and efficiently
