RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Allentown, PA that is seeking an experienced PC Tech to assist with equipment deployment efforts on a large Win10 migration project. Experienced PC Tech to load IT equipment, drive assets in vehicle to healthcare facilities in and around Allentown, PA area. The Tech will coordinate equipment needs with deployment team; escalate problems to appropriate IT team for resolution. Document issues and resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in an enterprise environment doing IT help desk or field support experience required; Experience imaging PCs; troubleshooting hardware issues and Win7 and Win10 knowledge preferred
Tech must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills; Positive and professional demeanor; And eagerness to help others is a must
Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
