A fantastic opportunity awaits an ambitious, career focused Chef, who wishes to put his or her talents on the map! We are searching for a Chef to collaborate with an experienced ownership group to develop a diverse and exciting menu for a new Restaurant, Bar and Inn located in Buck's County Pa., that sits along the scenic Delaware River. We are looking for a Chef, who is passionate about their craft, and simply wants to make great food!
Duties:
The Chef will partner in creating seasonal menus
Hire, train and manage a full kitchen staff
Maintain a clean kitchen that exceeds health department standards
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining all food and labor costs
Strives to create a memorable dining experience for our guests
Is capable of multi-tasking and problem solving
Communicates clearly with his/her team and general manager
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef
Knowledge of a variety of local and international food ingredients
Excellent communication skills
Excellent team working skills
A passion for your craft
Strong leadership and motivational skills
