Picker and Lift operator
The Picker and Lift operator is responsible for picking orders and other general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
Operate Electric Stand-up Forklift.
Pick pieces or cases and process orders for pre-staging and loading.
Restock and replenish as appropriate.
Perform general warehouse maintenance / cleanliness.
Fill in for other positions as needed.
Perform general warehouse/production/cooler /freezer service duties.
Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimal 1 year of general warehouse work experience.
Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
Ability to operate an Electric Stand-up Forklift, Stand-up Forklift certification a plus.
Prior experience using a hand scanner.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Work hours:
Mon thru Friday 9am till 5:30 pm
Or Tuesday to Friday 7 am till 5:30pm
40 hour work week plus extra hours if required.
