We are looking for a live in for my elderly mother with dementia 5-7 days a week. This person would watch her and help her with all of her daily needs such as cleaning, bathing, medications, transportation, etc. The hours will vary until we know her permanent day care schedule.
If she does day care Mon-Fridayyour job would be to do her morning routine, meds, get ready and on day care bus at 7:30 am. You would be free until 4:00 pm. and have to be back home and ready for her to get off of the bus. She would need to be cared for from 4-8 and then to bed for the night.
If she doesn't do daycare Mon-Fridaythose day hours would have to be covered as well, as we are working on all the final details of her day care now.
There is also an entire extra floor upstairs with a bedroom and a bath, private to whomever would be staying with my mother. You will live rent free and will be compensated additional living expenses, which will be discussed. You must be able to work nights, weekends and stay with my mom over night. She CANNOT be left alone for any amount of time.
