HR Generalist / Recruiter - In this role, you will support the companys recruitment process. This will involve assisting the HR Manager in the recruitment of various positions, with job postings, candidate screenings, scheduling of interviews and performing background checks and reference checks. Will help coordinate the onboarding process, as well as conduct new hire orientations. Must be willing to assist with Job / Career Fairs for the company also. Full time Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements for the HR Assistant:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
Ability to analyze key elements of each job posting and required character traits
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Ability to work in a busy team environment
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in Microsoft Windows
Payroll experience a plus
