Full-time experienced Maintenance/Superintendent needed for a large occupied commercial building in Bethlehem. Responsibilities include assisting or working independently on repairs and maintenance functions of the property.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION
Requirements:
Education – High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.
Years of Experience – At least 2-3 years of hands on maintenance experience. Commercial Real Estate industry
experience is preferred.
General plumbing, electrical and landscaping experience.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
MUST have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation.
Essential Duties but not limited to – Maintenance Responsibilities
Maintain all common areas and property grounds
Receive all tenant service calls (could includes after hours calls)
Complete service repairs (all trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry)
Remove trash and debris from buildings and grounds
Purchase and/or order maintenance supplies
Replace light bulbs in common areas
Complete exterior and interior repair work
Salt sidewalks when ice is present
Remove snow from sidewalks when snow is present
Coordinate with plow contractor (when applicable)
Repair/Replace/install appliances, cabinets, etc. (when necessary)
Monitor boilers and water heaters (when necessary)
Have some computer knowledge
