Responsibilities:
Answering phones
CRM Computer system entering projects and appts.
Keep all areas organized.
Schedule and reconfirm all meetings
Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, faxes and emails
Order office supplies
Provide general support to clients
Receive and voucher PO's for Accounts Payable
Set up GOTOMEETINGS.
Send contracts by docusign
Requirements:
Proven admin or assistant experience or office manager experience
Knowledge of Office procedures
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent grammar ,written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in Excel and Word and CRM computer systems.
