Seeking an Administrative Assitant for a fast-paced Property Management & Real Estate Office.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Working closely with your colleagues in a professional manner
Answering & directing phone calls
Handling tenant maintenance requests
Calling tenants for appointments and past-due balances
Processing applications
Email correspondence with property Owners, tenants, and fellow team members
Meeting project deadlines
Coordinating inspections with local City and Housing Organizations
Filing paperwork
Detail oriented
Multi-tasking
Working with a sense of urgency
Qualifications:
Prior Administrative experience preferred but not required
Proficient Computer Skills such as typing, using Google suite operations & Microsoft office
Ability to complete assigned tasks with interruptions
Real Estate knowledge preferred but not required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
