We are a recently founded, family run, online only business selling specialty consumer products. We are looking for an employee that will essentially take over all day to day operations of the business and will work collaboratively with the owners to help grow the business.

After receiving training, the new hire will work fairly independently by him/herself with only occasional supervision from the owners. The new hire will spend most of his time fulfilling customer orders. Other job responsibilities include managing inventory shipments and taking photos of new inventory to help in the creation of new product listings.

This is an ideal position for a very self-motivated individual who has the willingness and drive to take control of a small online business and contribute greatly to its growth. On most days the employee will work independently and be his own boss, therefore the employee must be hard working, driven, and honest. With the right person to assist in the management and growth of this business, the employee's responsibilities and compensation has the potential to grow quickly with the business.

Compensation

30k annual base salary

15k potential additional annual target bonus to be paid out monthly (upon achievement of a job well done based on agreed upon performance metrics - a great performance may warrant a larger bonus, an okay performance will earn a smaller bonus, a poor performance will earn no bonus)

Qualifications

Minimum of one year prior work experience.

Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently with limited supervision

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to learn, detail-oriented and proficient in communication.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for handling online fulfillment operations which includes: picking orders, printing packing slips and purchasing shipping labels, packaging orders for shipment.

- Provide customer service on multiple online platforms.

- Create new product listings. This includes: taking photos of new products, editing photos (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferable), posting photos to online selling platforms and writing descriptions.

- Make sure deliveries received match the order placed.

- Update inventory and notify when stock is running low.
