Looking for the following for our position:
Reliable, hard working, focused, trustworthy, open minded individual to help us grow our used automotive dealerships in Allentown and help grow our insurance agency as well. This is a multi faceted position with 4 revenue streams possible. Strictly commission with ability to earn 60-70k per year between auto, warranty and insurance products. You must be a professional and good with people. NOT looking for your typical grease ball car salesman! You will eventually have the opportunity to run this dealership. Between both dealerships we have 50-60 vehicles and our insurance agency is the first in the state of PA with this company. More opportunities will be available as we keep growing! Is this for you to be the one? Are you going to whine and complain, or rise and grind? Lets do this if you are the right person!
MUSTS:
PA Drivers license
Clean Criminal background check
Reliable transportation
High School degree
Own your own computer or be able to get one
Have a cell phone
Be willing to use and market on Social Media
Have a great personality and appearance be respectable
Have or be willing to go get your insurance license (p+c and/or life license)
Extra but not necessary to have:
Speak Spanish and English
Sales experience
Have insurance license(s)
College degree
Entrepreneur mindset
