After opening another location HomeStar has an immediate opening for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative. Our next Outside Sales Representative will play an integral role in bringing our products to market as we expand into the Philadelphia Metropolitan Market.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a full-time Outside Sales Representative all potential customers are prequalified so there is no cold calling. After a 4 week comprehensive sales training you will be paired with a skilled Outside Sales mentor to help continue your sales development.
Delivery of persuasive sales presentations to win new business
Identify the customers needs and articulate our solution
Promotion of HomeStar's products and services to prospective and existing clients
Participation in ongoing sales training and support
Qualifications and Skills
Highly evolved interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
A student mentality with a passion for learning a wide-range of additional skills
A naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
Desire to mentor other colleagues and constantly refine your skill set
BA/BS preferred
Benefits
Base Salary/Paid Training: Average 1st Year Income is $71,882.
