QA Claims is seeking an Auto Damage Field Appraiser for Daily Claims in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Area.
The ideal candidate must meet our company standards of superior customer service, accurate repair estimates, and prompt cycle time.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service is a MUST.
Pennsylvania MOTOR VEHICLE PHYSICAL DAMAGE APPRAISER LICENSE
Audatex, or CCC estimatic software experience (autos, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, trucks)
MS Word/Excel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organization skills
Job Duties include :-
Field inspections- Prepare auto repair estimates-
Photograph and caption damages- Evaluate total loss claims-
Communicate with customers, insureds, repair facility personnel, and insurance company representatives, prepare supplements when needed.
Education and Experience:- Minimum two years experience (auto damage appraising)
ICAR Certification helpful- Auto Policy knowledge helpful
