I am looking for someone that lives in Carbon County.
Have properties in the Bethlehem Area.
Looking for someone (can be two people) that are competent and reliable handymen.
Ideally would be someone that can do light plumbing and electric. Like change an outlet or light fixture.
Replace a toilet or faucet etc.
Knows some basic furnace/boiler skills like how to start a furnace, bleed radiators. Change a heating element in a Hot water heater.
Do cleanout of rentals after a tenant moves out. Paint and get ready for next tenant.
Have the ability to spackle walls so the seams do not show. Be able to paint properly and neatly. Cut in a line because I do like the walls a different color from the ceilings and trim. Properly use drop cloths so you do not make a mess.
Sand floors and polly or paint as needed.
power-wash exteriors and paint or stain decks and porches.
Light landscaping and occasional snow shoveling.
Remove wallpaper, prep walls and paint.
Install a replacement window.
Install a door.
Is able to work independently.
Has a smart phone and can send before and after pictures.
Gets the job done on time.
This is not steady full time work. However, I do have a good amount of work on a regular basis. I would hope you would also have other jobs lined up when times are slow.
I do have immediate work.
Sometimes there may also be after hours and weekend calls if a tenant calls with a clogged toilet or if something breaks.
I DO run a background check.
I would like to see some references and if possible some before or after pictures.
I am looking to have a long term working relationship with one or two reliable workers.
