Maintenance Technician needed immediately for Property Management Company
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
General troubleshooting and/or light repair of plumbing, electrical, locks, drywall, spackle, and painting along with general labor including tear-out, occasional snow removal, general grounds clean-up.
Appliance repair a plus
Fast paced environment, the right candidate with be comfortable meeting deadlines.
2+ years experience in rental property repair
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Must have own hand tools
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm without restriction + an On-Call rotation
Driver's license required
Must be "Bond-able"
The right candidate will have experience in repair and preventative maintenance of rental properties, the is not a "will train" position

$16.00 Starting rate - will be adjusted accordingly based on performance after 90 day trial period
