We are a small family business that has worked in the area for over 20 years installing doors, windows, etc, and we are seeking new experienced and professional contractors / carpenters to onboard as installers.
Our company performs installation services for big box retail stores, providing our installers with year round, consistent work with control of their schedule in their own small dedicated territory, powered by an advance online work management system that is easy to use and eliminates hours of paperwork.
You'll work closely with everyone from the owners to our experienced office staff to make sure you stay profitable and busy.
Here is a quick run down of our process:
-Log into our system daily during the work week to retrieve new work orders.
-Maintain your own schedule and capacity through the system that pairs with your own phone or tablet's calendar, making scheduling easy and quick.
-All jobs are measured and quoted by you, the installer, prior to sale. (This initial trip is paid, no free estimates.)
-All paperwork include the measure process, final customer approvals, and more is all automatically generated for you, prefilled, and is ready to fill out on your iPad or iPhone.
-You provide the list of materials, the additional labor quotes, and job site details so each order is sold exactly the way you want it, instead of some third party inexperienced sales men selling / quoting.
-Each day the door and materials needed for the job are pulled and waiting for you locally for you to pick up and take to the job.
-Your pay is easily managed through our system, and you are paid every two weeks, direct deposit.
-All paperwork, calendars, communications, payroll, etc is paperless and accessible online from any device.

REQUIREMENTS:
Here are the few things you'll need, or we will need from you to work for us!
- Experience in carpentry / contracting - specifically with doors.
- Reliable truck and tools - ability to pick up various door sizes.
- General Liability and Auto Insurance
- State Contractors License
- Pass Background Check (Theft / Violence Related Felony and Misdemeanors)
- iPhone / iPad Device
- Basic understanding of technology / how to navigate the internet.
