POSITION TITLE: Shuttle Bus Driver
REPORTS TO: Passenger Services Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part Time â Seasonal (early mornings, including some weekends & holidays)
BASE LOCATION: Main Terminal, LVIA
Position Summary:
Transport passengers to and from the parking areas and the Main Terminal, ensuring the safety of passengers. Assist with loading / unloading of luggage on the shuttle bus.
Essential Responsibilities:
⢠Continuously drive the shuttle bus throughout the airport property.
⢠Greet passengers and answer inquiries.
⢠Assist with luggage on and off the shuttle bus
⢠At the beginning and end of the shift, inspect the vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
⢠Professionally communicate over two- way radio
⢠Fuel vehicle as needed
⢠Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
⢠Valid PA Driverâs License
⢠Must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions
⢠Ability to work independently , must be dependable
⢠Ability to perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and in a professional manner
Education and Experience
⢠High School diploma or equivalent
⢠Previous experience in customer service preferred
⢠Previous driving experience in passenger transportation a plus
Physical Requirements and Exposures
⢠Must be able to bend, push, pull and lift up to 75 lbs
⢠Must be able to sit for long periods of time
⢠Must be able to tolerate exposure to extreme weather conditions
