Cream of the Crop Transportation, an Owner-Operator-based carrier, has room for more contractors. Business is booming once again.
Here is what we're offering:
1. 87-90% of gross revenue and 100% of all noted accessorials. (87% if load is factored, 90% if direct-pay).

6. We have over 4400 customers in our data base including many direct shippers, and we are adding more every day.
7. Comadata fuel card with tremendous discounts, presently running between $.44 and $1.23 per gallon depending on state and vendor.
8. National Tire Discounts on most major brands.
9. Our top OTR producers are already back up into the $10,000 to $13,000 gross per week range.
10. Custom dispatch service available for $150 per week with an excellent freight negotiator with many years experience as an O/O. You can use him to help you get started, or keep him on to keep you moving. Or don't use him at all. It's your choice.
We operate a lot like a true co-op, and you may bring business with you, find new accounts of your own, or just work off of our existing business, as well as using DAT and Truckstop and our deep well of daily freight offerings from our customers.
At Cream of the Crop you will have the same freedoms you would have as an independent, but with many advantages that are out of reach for a single operator.
What we need:
1. 3 years CDL experience
2. Good MVR, CSA and work history
3. Approximately $2000 up front for insurance (We know times have been tight, and we do have some options to help you get rolling if you need it).
4. You will need your own base plate and proof of 2290 tax paid.
5. We do not file HUT and IFTA, but we can recommend providers who can do that for $25 per quarter.
6. TWIC card and Hazmat endorsements are not required, but are a definite advantage.
7. Year of truck is not important, but we will require a DOT inspection and photos.
