Senior Systems Analyst/Lead System Analyst - QuoromCity:CanonsburgState/Territory:PAJob Category:Job ID:1578The Lead System Analyst (Quorom) will be responsible for the support and development of systems, processes, and technologies that comprise Equitrans Midstream’s Business Unit. The individual will establish strong relationships with functional, technical, and external partners that will drive value across the organization through efficient, innovative, and proactive project participation. This position requires a dynamic and technically proficient individual that can manage all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).The responsibilities of the position include the following:

Collaborate with team members and leaders across divisions on strategic initiatives

Participate, deliver, and take ownership of all the components of the SDLC that includes: Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance

Work closely with functional/technical teams to create and implement industry leading solutions

Coordinate and monitor project deliverables to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met

Research and/or implement requests for proposed system and architectural changes

Develops and contributes to application standards for Equitrans Midstream systems

Stays abreast of and promotes application and technology advances beneficial to Equitrans Midstream

Initiate proposals for procedural changes to increase efficiencies in solutions provided

Complies with IT Security and Governance best practices and standards

Coordinate implementations/conversions/upgrades with managers/supervisors of technical areas

Investigate post-implementation problems and initiate solutions

Performs operational administration tasks and monitoring of environments

Shares support for operational and on-call duties with the team

Required Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system or related field/equivalent experience

Minimum of 6+ years of progressive application support, development, and project delivery

Self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking across a number of projects and initiatives in a team setting

Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis; meeting facilitation; verbal and written communications; and interpersonal interactions

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Project Management experience

General application/technology knowledge, experience, and expertise in the following areas:

Application Design and Development experience implementing, creating, upgrading, and maintaining multiple applications in one or more of the following system areas: Quorum QPTM/TIPSG, Quorum Land, FlowCal, Maximo, PI Historian, and/or JDE/Oracle/SAP environments

Microsoft Development and Database experience (C#, SharePoint, .NET framework, VB6, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and VSTS)

Web Development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/DOM, SOAP, XML)

Experience utilizing EDI, FTP, SFTP, and Enterprise Scheduling Packages

Experience writing SQL queries and statements against SQL Server and/or Oracle Databases

Experience with Mobile Technology Frameworks and Development (iOS, Android)

Excellent skill level using common MS office tools.

Ability to take ownership, accountability, and provide subject matter expertise.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong customer relationship skills

Preferred Experience:

Natural gas industry systems experience
